Seth Rollins has been with WWE for a decade, during which he has succeeded both personally and professionally. Becky Lynch recently made an appearance outside the company alongside her real-life husband and joked about his past stance on polygamy.
In 2018, Seth Rollins had an existential crisis in his personal life, as The Visionary was completely burned out from his past relationship. Furthermore, the multi-time WWE World Champion heavily considered the possibility of polygamy and even discussed it with Becky Lynch.
Thanks for the submission!
Speaking on The Rich Eisen Show, Becky Lynch made an appearance, and Seth Rollins hosted the segment. They reminisced about how they became friends and eventually started dating. During this, Big Time Becks jokingly brought up how The Architect considered polygamy at one point, which made The Man rethink her choice.
“Well, you know, he had a reputation. He’s a charming man. A handsome man. You know, he was a bit of a flirt. We were friends. So, he was telling me about how he was considering polygamy. So, you know. I don’t know if this is the one for me,” Lynch said.
Rollins added:
“Would you like to be my sister wife,” Rollins said.
The two got married in 2021 and are still going strong.
WWE’s Seth Rollins opens up about polygamy
WWE Superstars often keep their personal problems away from the screen and often address them behind closed doors. However, Seth Rollins was going through a lot in 2018, and The Visionary eventually decided to address it years later when his issues were in the past.
In an appearance on Something’s Burning, the multi-time WWE Champion opened up about polygamy and explained he felt that he had to go with it. Moreover, Becky Lynch was aware of it and made her stance clear on the situation, which ultimately helped Rollins make a decision.
In the end, the two started dating and tied the knot in 2021. The couple currently has one daughter, and they’re still working in the Stamford-based promotion. As of writing, Becky Lynch is on hiatus, and Seth Rollins will face Roman Reigns at SummerSlam 2026.
