WWE SmackDown star Charlotte Flair boasted about ruining a major title match at Night of Champions today on social media. The PLE took place last night in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Tiffany Stratton defended the Women’s United States Championship against Jade Cargill at Night of Champions 2026. Charlotte Flair interfered in the match and hit Cargill over the head with the Women’s United States Championship while the referee was distracted. The Buff Barbie then connected with the Prettiest Moonsault Ever on Jade Cargill for the pinfall victory.
Thanks for the submission!
Flair took to social media today to boast about costing Cargill the title, and you can check out her message in the post below.
The Women’s United States Championship had not been defended at a PLE before the match between Cargill and Stratton at Night of Champions. Tiffany Stratton reacted to making history at the PLE today on social media. Flair has been in an alliance with Alexa Bliss on SmackDown for a while now, and the duo had a brief reign as Women’s Tag Team Champions last year.
Recently debuted WWE star takes massive shot at Charlotte Flair
Blake Monroe recently called out Charlotte Flair for getting involved in a tag team with Alexa Bliss.
Monroe spent a couple of years in All Elite Wrestling and performed as Mariah May before signing with WWE. She made her long-awaited main roster debut this past Friday night on SmackDown and attacked former Women’s United States Champion Giulia.
In a vignette earlier this month, Monroe claimed Flair had weakened herself by aligning with Bliss and suggested that she used to look up to the WWE veteran.
“Dear diary, let’s talk about Charlotte Flair. Charlotte, I remember watching you as a part of the historic women’s evolution. You are truly one of the greats. And with Alexa Bliss by your side, well, you’re a match made in co-dependent heaven. I mean, what a farce; you’ve deluded yourself into thinking you are stronger together, and you’ve only turned soft, weak,” she said.
It will be fascinating to see how long Tiffany Stratton can remain the Women’s United States Champion moving forward on WWE SmackDown.
