San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey achieved a new milestone in his personal life. On Sunday, the running back celebrated his 30th birthday. On this special occasion, his wife, Olivia Culpo, dedicated a heartwarming post to him.
On Instagram, the model and actress shared snippets of several memorable times with McCaffrey during their relationship. It also contained photos of the couple posing with their daughter, Colette Annaise McCaffrey.

Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo started dating back in 2019. During a 2022 interview with “Entertainment Tonight,” she explained why she decided to break her rule of not dating athletes for the running back.
“He’s just the best, I feel like he is really everything that I could ever ask for,” Culpo said. “So I never have to worry about anything. I think that was the reason why I didn’t want to date an athlete, no offense, because there is a reputation there.
The couple got engaged in 2023 after the 49ers running back proposed to her during a vacation in Utah. In June 2024, McCaffrey and Culpo get married and exchange vows in Rhode Island.
In March 2025, the couple announced Culpo’s pregnancy and welcomed daughter Colette a few months later in July. Last month, they announced that they are expecting their second child together. Culpo also took to social media to share a few snippets from her first trimester.

Last month, Olivia Culpo got the privilege of celebrating her first Mother’s Day as a parent. To commemorate this moment, Christian McCaffrey dedicated a post to her on social media.
The 49ers running back shared a few photos of his wife and his daughter in the post. It was accompanied by a heartwarming caption expressing his love for his better half.
“Watching you become a mom has been the biggest blessing. Happy first Mother’s Day. We love you,” McCaffrey wrote.
On the field, McCaffrey is gearing up for Year 5 with the 49ers. Last season, he put up 1,202 yards and 10 TDs rushing. His team finished with a divisional playoff round loss to the Seahawks.
