Lewis Hamilton was spotted sharing a sweet moment with girlfriend Kim Kardashian following the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday. The couple embraced after Hamilton secured a podium finish with his P2 result in the Principality this weekend.

Hamilton was able to secure another top-two finish in 2026 as he came home behind championship leader Kimi Antonelli in Monaco, with the Italian claiming his fifth consecutive race win of the year. But the door to P2 opened for Hamilton as early as the race start, as Max Verstappen suffered a DNF from second on the grid after his Red Bull developed an engine issue.

The only real chances Hamilton had to challenge Antonelli for the lead came during the safety car restart on Lap 65 and then at the standing start following the red flag on Lap 68. But the teenager covered him off on both occasions, as the veteran settled into second place.

Another podium was nonetheless a good result for Hamilton and Ferrari in Monaco, even though expectations had been higher coming into the weekend.

Lewis Hamilton’s girlfriend and famous American media personality Kim Kardashian was spotted at the podium ceremony after the race, cheering on the 41-year-old as he collected his P2 trophy. After the ceremony, Hamilton was seen making his way down to where Kardashian was standing, and the couple shared a kiss and a hug.

The moment was spotted and recorded by fans in attendance, with the video quickly making its way onto social media.

Kim Kardashian made her first appearance in the F1 paddock this weekend at the Monaco GP when she arrived in the Principality ahead of FP3 on Saturday. She was also present on the grid before Sunday’s race and, of course, at the podium ceremony.

Lewis Hamilton explained that his Ferrari was simply not quick enough to challenge Mercedes at the Monaco GP, but added that he was satisfied with another podium finish. The 7x world champion said that he was happy with the P2 result after a tricky and challenging race in Monte Carlo.

After congratulating Kimi Antonelli and his former Mercedes team on the win during the post-race interview, Hamilton added:

“On our side, I think we’ve been progressing over the past months and can’t quite keep up with them just yet, and it’s probably going to take a lot of work for us to get to their level.”

“But to get another second place is such a great feeling, especially in Monaco, under the trickiest conditions. It was the hardest conditions out there, and we’ve had such a great turnout today as well, so I’ll definitely take it.”

When asked what exactly he struggled with during the race, Hamilton explained that it was mostly the lack of downforce on his Ferrari, which led to issues with tire warm-up. But he added that the SF-26 is still “good” as he thanked the team for the car.”
