Fans online praised Calvin Klein after the brand’s latest CKJK promotional campaign appeared to incorporate several signature elements associated with BTS member Jungkook’s public image and personality. After announcing the collaboration line on May 15, 2026, Calvin Klein launched multiple promotional activities across Seoul ahead of the collection’s official showcase.

The campaign quickly gained traction on social media as fans noticed that the CKJK campaign referenced to Jungkook’s well-known aesthetics, including tattoos, biker-inspired fashion, and his long-known fondness for banana milk. Promotional wraps displayed around the Calvin Klein store showcased graphics inspired by his various tattoos such as his tiger lily, crown, the Woozy Face emoj, the 7 tattoo and more.

Jungkook had previously spoken about his fondness for banana milk, once recalling that he used to buy and drink it after practice sessions whenever he was craving it. Cafés participating in the campaign also introduced themed menus centered around banana-flavored drinks and desserts.

Videos and photos circulating on social media also showed the campaign including a biker-inspired concepts. The campaign also reflected the idol’s well-known interest in motorcycles, as the singer was recently seen sharing updates on social media about getting a new bike.

Individuals dressed in black denim jackets, jeans, black T-shirts, and boots arriving on motorcycles near the store location. They were later seen distributing promotional pouches to fans waiting outside the venue. The pouches reportedly contained a bottle of banana milk along with a small Jungkook-inspired plush.

The combination of tattoos, motorcycles, black street-style fashion, and banana-themed promotions led many fans to describe the campaign as “Jungkook coded.” Several fans praised the collaboration for creating what they described as a cohesive artist-brand partnership rather than a standard celebrity endorsement campaign. One fan wrote,

“They got all this bad boy biker aesthetic going on for the CKJK promotion while handing out the most adorable gift I’m cryingskksks LIKE THE PROMOTION COULDN’T GET ANY MORE JUNGKOOK CODED THAN THIS”

Fans continued to praise the campaign’s overall concept, calling the collaboration highly personalized. Some fans also commended Calvin Klein for the scale of its promotional efforts surrounding the CKJK launch.

jungkook promoting his calvin klein collection thru bikers fully dressed in black riding motorcycles while handing out banana milk is the most jungkook thing ever 😭

the CKJK rollout looks just like jungkook; bikers on their motorcycles, walking around with banana milk, posters of his tattoos in cafés and on streets!

omg this is too cute. CK staff are handing out banana milk to people heading to the Seongsu pop-up. tattoos, banana milk, motorcycles…everything is so Jungkook coded 🖤this collab feels like him in every detail. amazing 👍

Haven’t seen a brand doing this much for their brand ambassador Wow #CKJK bikers distributing banana milk and cafes supporting the collection launch

One of the most talked-about parts of the campaign was the tattoo-inspired artwork displayed across the exterior of the Calvin Klein store. Fans highlighted that the singer’s tattoos, which once faced criticism and were often covered during broadcasts, were now being openly incorporated into a global fashion campaign.

do you know how iconic you have to be for a global brand to use your tattoos as their logo/image

new fans will never get why jungkook proudly using his tattoos as aesthetic for his album & collection is so dear to me. he was 21 when he got his first tattoo & made knetz mad asf, he had to cover it for years but kpop rules & the hate couldn’t stop him from doing what he wants.

Jungkook’s tattoos once had to be covered and blurred, and now they’re openly displayed across Seoul, inspiring brands, music, and art. We really have come such a long way

Calvin Klein unveils new details for BTS member Jungkook’s upcoming CKJK collection ahead of May 20 release

Calvin Klein officially unveiled new details surrounding its upcoming collaboration with BTS member Jungkook, titled CKJK, ahead of the collection’s scheduled release on May 20, 2026. It would be the brand’s first official collaborative collection with Jungkook, who currently serves as a global ambassador for the company.

The fashion brand previously shared four teaser images under a board labeled “WIP,” offering fans an early look at the concept and design direction of the collaboration. One of the images featured biker-style denim with a visible “CKJK” patch, while the remaining visuals appeared to reference several symbols commonly associated with the artist.

Calvin Klein announced on May 15, 2026, that the upcoming collection will include around 20 items designed with direct participation from the BTS member. The collaboration would also see Jungkook participate not only as the face of the collection but also as a designer involved in the creative process behind the CKJK line.
