These Payment & Billing Terms govern all financial transactions between Newspublicly (“we,” “our,” “us”) and our clients, advertisers, sponsors, and content partners (“you,” “your”).
By engaging in paid services with Newspublicly, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment Responsibility
All payments made to Newspublicly for advertising, sponsored content, promotional listings, or brand collaborations must be:
- Made in Indian Rupees (INR) or any other mutually agreed currency.
- Paid in advance unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
- Completed using approved payment modes such as bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or verified digital wallets.
Payments are non-transferable and apply only to the specific service(s) contracted.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following modes of payment:
- Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS
- UPI / QR-based payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit / Debit Card (via secure payment gateway)
- PayPal / Stripe for international clients
All online transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted and RBI-compliant gateways to ensure data security.
3. Billing Process
- Invoices will be issued digitally via email within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Each invoice includes service details, applicable taxes, and GST registration number (if applicable).
- GST (18%) applies to all Indian clients as per the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and company details before invoicing.
4. Pricing & Service Validity
- All service prices (advertisements, articles, or brand promotions) are clearly stated on official proposals, quotations, or invoices.
- Prices are subject to revision based on market conditions or campaign scope.
- Promotional offers or discounts are valid only during the announced period.
5. Renewal & Subscription Payments
For long-term or recurring advertising and publishing services:
- Renewal invoices are generated 7 days prior to the due date.
- Payments must be made before the renewal date to avoid service interruption.
- Renewal reminders are sent via registered email or WhatsApp (if applicable).
6. Late Payment Policy
- A late fee of 2% per month may apply for delayed payments beyond the due date.
- Services may be paused or discontinued if the payment remains unpaid after 15 days.
- Reinstatement of services requires clearing all pending dues and applicable reactivation charges.
7. Refund & Cancellation
All transactions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Generally:
- Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, such as technical errors or service non-delivery.
- Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 business days of payment.
- No refund will be issued once the service (e.g., article publication or campaign launch) has commenced.
8. Tax Compliance
- All transactions comply with Indian tax regulations.
- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) certificates must be provided within 30 days of deduction.
- International clients are responsible for local taxes or cross-border fees applicable in their region.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any billing or payment disputes must be raised within 5 working days of invoice issuance.
Disputes will be handled fairly through written communication at contact@newspublicly.com.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
10. Confidentiality
All billing and financial information exchanged between Newspublicly and its clients is strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or payment processors.
11. Modification of Payment Terms
Newspublicly reserves the right to modify payment terms, pricing, or billing structure at any time.
Changes will be reflected on this page and communicated via email for ongoing clients.
