LiveWire reveals surprisingly low pricing on S4 electric motorcycles
Despite being unveiled less than a year ago, it feels like we’ve been waiting forever for LiveWire’s new S4 Honcho to reveal its official pricing and begin production. Today, we got both, as the Harley-Davidson spinoff pulled the last curtain off, revealing the final secrets behind the brand’s new low-cost electric motorcycles headed to streets and trails near you soon. The new S4 Honcho is seen as LiveWire’s attempt to break into the e-moto market, dominated by small, affordable, and approachable electric two-wheelers with enough power and range for a good time, but modest enough to keep pricing reasonable. Durable Luggage Doesn’t Have to Break the Bank—Shop the Best Affordable Luggage on Amazon
After years of traveling around the globe, I’ve learned one thing for sure: Not all luggage is created equal. Some suitcases are full after you pack one pair of shoes inside. Some crack the very first time you check them on a flight. And others promise a whole lot and deliver very little. I’ve become an expert at sniffing out the nonsense and finding luggage that actually holds up for (much) more than one trip. How Justin Ernest invested nearly $400M into hot startups without a traditional VC fund
Last year, Justin Ernest noticed a massive gap in how venture capital was working: family offices and smaller institutional investors were eager to invest in the fastest-growing AI companies but couldn’t get access to those cap tables. Having spent over five years at Playground Global investing in deep tech and helping lead fundraising, Ernest was confident his connections to both investors and founders would allow him to bridge that gap. Instead of launching a formal VC fund, a process he says takes new managers anywhere from 12 to 18 months, Ernest used his network to secure allocations of stock in high-profile, later-stage companies. He then offers these individual deals to a group of about 30 smaller institutional investors using Special Purpose Vehicles, or SPVs, which act as single-deal funds. Over the last 12 months, his firm, Sabertooth VC, has invested nearly $400 million into 10 companies, including Anthropic, Anduril,…

New Delhi: India’s banking sector is better positioned than many APAC peers to absorb the economic fallout from the war waged by the US and Israel against Iran, although small borrowers may face pressure if oil prices remain elevated, Fitch Ratings said on Tuesday. The assessment comes as several banking sectors in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) face mounting pressure from higher fuel costs and weaker growth prospects. The London-headquartered rating agency downgraded its outlook for banks in the Philippines and Sri Lanka, while maintaining a ‘neutral’ outlook on India, South Korea and Indonesia.Earlier, it had lowered India’s 2026-27 gross domestic product (GDP) growth…
