Find the high-level cultist

If you completed the other mission labeled And Your Enemies Closer first in Ghost Recon Wildlands Last Rites, then this next mission is a short drive over. Since there are no drone jammers around, scouting for enemies in this small base is child’s play as well.

That said, this area does have a lot of traps, like tripwires, so be sure to recon carefully before going in. The high-level cultist you are looking for can be found at the back of the base, next to a mortar. Since the objective is to interrogate the cultist, you must not kill him; otherwise, you will have to restart the mission.

While you can do this mission guns blazing, the cultist will likely try to mortar you, so it isn’t an ideal solution. So have your AI teammates take out any patrolling stragglers on the outskirts, then hold their position while you infiltrate the base. Put your plan in motion by taking the path that goes around the left of the large building.
Grab the cultist and interrogate him

There will be some tripwires on the path, so be sure to disarm them as you slowly inch forward. Around the left side of the building, you will come across a walkway. Stop for a moment and pull your drone out to check out the room below the high-level cultist’s position, which has three enemies to contend with.
Use Sync Shot to dispatch them, and this hopefully should not blow your cover. Back on your person, make your way up the walkway, and when you get to the corner, switch to a flashbang and chuck one near the cultist to disorient him. This will allow you to nab him without him retaliating.

Since you will likely not have dispatched every remaining foe in the base, they may spot you taking him away. We recommend pulling him out of there and leading him to somewhere out of the enemies’ range so you can ask him questions. Once done, this wraps up Vow of Silence in Ghost Recon Wildlands Last Rites.
