    Introduced in the Palworld 1.0 update, Wispaw is a Dark-type pal that has been popular among players. This is mainly because of its Partner Skill, Death-Cheating Feline. This is catch boosting skill, letting you successfully catch more critters as long as you hit them in the back with a Pal Sphere. As a result, you can make do with weaker Pal Spheres for a bit longer as long as you have Wispaw in your party.

    While its Partner Skill is not very useful in battle against other pals, Death-Cheating Feline will help you catch them by increasing the catch rate if you throw a Pal Sphere at the back of the critter.
