How to get and evolve
Reaper is a Mythic-rarity farmable unit. He can be obtained from the Spirit City Raid Act 2 stage, from where he has a 5% chance to drop. The odds of getting him are quite low, potentially necessitating several runs before you get him. Once you do acquire him, you can evolve him into Reaper (Released) using the following items:
- 1x Hollowed Visor: Obtained from Mirror of the False Moonblade trial stage.
- 20x Sprite (Red): Obtained by completing Regular Challenges, Daily Challenges, Weekly Challenges, and crafting.
- 20x Sprite (Yellow): Obtained by completing Regular Challenges, Daily Challenges, Weekly Challenges, and crafting.
- 1x Sprite (Rainbow): Obtained by completing Daily Challenges, Weekly Challenges, and crafting.

Ability breakdown
Reaper is a Light Element unit that deals Physical damage with his attacks. Be sure to keep the damage type in mind when picking Equipment for him.
In his evolved state, Reaper has access to three passive abilities, along with one active ability. The passive abilities are Adaptation, Critical Tempo, and Mirage Swap, the effects of which are described below:
- Adaptation: This unit gains permanent buffs after attacking different enemy types. For each enemy type attacked, increases damage and critical chance by 5% each.
- Critical Tempo: Upon performing a critical attack, this unit decreases his SPA by 5% for 20 seconds (max 15%).
- Mirage Swap: When this unit is stunned and a Mirage Clone exists, he immediately cleanses the stun and swaps positions with the Clone.
His active ability, Mirage Step, can be activated to teleport to a chosen location within his range. Once he teleports, he creates a Mirage Clone, which has 50% of the unit’s base damage. This ability can be activated once every 35 seconds.
More than anything, Reaper benefits from raw stats, on top of which the damage bonuses from his passive abilities stack. This makes Unbound the de-facto best option for him, increasing his damage by 350% and range by 10% while reducing his SPA by 5%. As fallback options, you can rely on Primordial and Draconic as well.
