On July 7, 2026, Thairath, Thailand’s daily newspaper, reported that an American man named Connor Michael Murphy drowned in a lake after he “went on a violent rampage” and painted the interiors of a luxury rental home.
Thairath also reported that the deceased’s body had been sent to Ramathibodi Chakri Naruebodindra Hospital, Thailand, for an autopsy.

Celebrity fitness influencer Anthony Huge, also known as “Tony Huge,” has spoken out about Connor Murphy’s reported death. In a 33-minute YouTube video posted on July 7, 2026, Tony Huge claimed that Murphy had passed away after drowning in a lake.
While claiming that there were a “lot more things” that led up to the situation, Tony Huge stated:
“First of all, Connor Murphy was living on a golf course in Bangkok, and it’s very beautiful, and he has a nice house there. And it’s literally on the water. Like, his back balcony is water. You can see from his Instagram and the things he posts. So, in the end, he drowned in his backyard lake, and there is a lot more things that led up to that, but that is how he ended up passing away – drowning. Up until his passing, he was discovering that he had achieved some superhuman abilities, and it’s no joke; he actually did achieve some superhuman abilities. And a lot of his friends and I were supportive, of course, like a friend that has big dreams and of him achieving these abilities.”

During a Kick stream on July 7, 2026, controversial internet personality Nico “Sneako” shared his thoughts on Murphy’s reported death.
Expressing his disbelief at the situation, the content creator said:
