A lot has changed for Maxxine Dupri in recent weeks. Dupri, who was a babyface managing the Alpha Academy (Otis and Akira Tozawa), turned heel after getting an ultimatum from Austin Theory to join the Vision to elevate herself.
The heel turn was a major turning point for both the Vision and Dupri on RAW as the former Women’s Intercontinental Champion landed a low blow on Angelo Dawkins of the Street Profits and cost the Profits their Tag Team Titles. She then kissed one-half of the new Tag Team Champions, Austin Theory, confirming a new relationship and alliance with the Vision.

This obviously did not sit well with her former faction, Alpha Academy, and Otis and Tozawa came out to confront her on the latest episode of RAW. At one point, it looked like Dupri was going to side with Otis again as she leaned forward to kiss him (following what looked like an advancement on Dupri by the Alpha Academy member). But it was only mind games as Austin Theory landed a low blow on the Alpha Academy member from behind.

Dupri has now officially cut ties with her former friends Otis and Akira Tozawa, who the Vision members decimated before they left the ring on RAW.
Paul Heyman may leave the Vision for good after hinting at Maxxine Dupri as its new manager
In recent weeks, Paul Heyman has teased quitting the Vision faction after being its manager and representing it since its inception last year.
Heyman had his hands full with his other client, Brock Lesnar, who is set to face Oba Femi for a third time, this time inside Hell in a Cell at SummerSlam. Austin Theory has been trying to get Heyman back into managing the Vision, but the Oracle has had different ideas in mind.
On the latest episode of RAW, the Vision members met Heyman backstage following their segment with Alpha Academy and received high praise from him.
However, things took a sharp turn when Heyman ended by saying that if the Vision now has Maxxine Dupri, they won’t need him and walked away, leaving the faction flummoxed.
It would be interesting to see where WWE goes with the Vision’s story now that new developments have changed the faction.
