Legendary former Alabama coach Nick Saban is facing the heat regarding the legal drama surrounding Terrion Arnold. The Cornerback, who was released by the Detroit Lions shortly after being granted a $1 million bond in Florida, is facing severe felony charges, including kidnapping and armed robbery.

Ahead of the pretrial bond hearing, Saban submitted a formal character reference letter on University of Alabama letterhead to Chief Judge Christopher C. Sabella.

“I write this letter because of the exceptional character I witnessed in Terrion Arnold over the more than six years I have known him,” Saban wrote. “In all the time I have known him, he never once gave me cause to question his conduct, his integrity, or his respect for others.”

“Saban a goofball lmfao. The same guy tried to convince people that Henry Ruggs was a good person,” one fan commented.

“Maybe that’s because Nick never questioned the e integrity of fast, strong kids who could make him money..?” another fan added.

    Here are some more reactions.

“I always thought Nick Saban was crazy talking about the NIL… but this takes the cake,” a fan wrote.

“I’m sure u don’t tell ur coach if ur gonna kidnap people,” one fan posted.

“Nick Satan having no shame is the least surprising [expeltive] ever,” another fan said.

Arnold surrendered to Florida authorities on June 24. He faces eight total felony counts, including multiple counts of armed robbery and kidnapping.

NFL insider reacts to the Lions releasing Terrion Arnold following his arrest

The Detroit Lions have parted ways with cornerback Terrion Arnold after his recent arrest on charges of kidnapping and armed robbery. Arnold surrendered to authorities last Wednesday and remains in custody. If convicted, he could face a life sentence.

A Hillsborough County, Florida, judge set his bond at $1 million with several conditions, and the Lions officially announced his release on Monday. Green Bay Packers insider Peter Bukowski shared his opinion of Arnold’s NFL future.

“Yeah his football career looks over,” Bukowski tweeted.

Arnold continues to deny the allegations. His legal team has maintained his innocence, arguing that prosecutors have not presented credible evidence to prove Arnold as the primary conspirator in the case.
