Former ONE lightweight Muay Thai world title challenger “G-Unit” George Jarvis of the United Kingdom feels he has punched his ticket to another shot at the gold and reigning king “The Immortal” Regian Eersel of Suriname.
Jarvis turned in a masterful performance on Saturday at ONE Fight Night 44: Jarvis vs. Rungrawee II on Prime Video, defeating Thai rival “Legatron” Rungrawee Sitsongpeenong in a highly anticipated rematch via second-round knockout.
Speaking to ONE Championship after the fight, Jarvis said he’s targeting Regian Eersel and his gold next.

“Rungrawee went five rounds with Regian. Did you see Regian hurt Rungrawee like that? So, I think all these questions have been asked, and they’ve been answered now. I don’t need to do much more talking. My talking is done inside the ring. Everyone knows what I want. Everyone knows why I’m here, and I just want to keep proving everyone wrong and keep winning. That’s it. I need a rematch. I want a rematch.”

As spectacular as George Jarvis was in his second-round knockout of Rungrawee Sitsongpeenong, “G-Unit” says he found his performance wanting at ONE Fight Night 44 on Prime Video last weekend:
“No, it’s not my best. It’s far from my best. I’ll give this a four or five out of 10. Yeah, I won by knockout, but there are still a lot of things that I need to work on. If it was a 10 out of 10, then I’d be knocking him out in 10 seconds. So, there is no finished product yet. I’m still learning. I’m still trying to explore everything we do inside training into the fight.”
