The Steppes Cosmodrome case file location

In The Steppes, head past Shaw Han, and from there, look for a rusted old building. Head inside the building and go down the stairs. You will find the case file near the computer terminal under the stairs.

Head to the area close to the Lunar Complex in the Mothyards. From there, look for a lone tower by the cliff. You will find the case file right next to the tower.
