De’Aaron Fox is facing the heat from Emmanuel Acho after the San Antonio Spurs failed to level the NBA Finals series on Wednesday night. With the Spurs clinging to a one-point lead and just 13 seconds remaining on the clock, a New York turnover gave San Antonio a golden opportunity to clinch the game.
However, rather than pulling the ball out, forcing the Knicks to foul, and burning time, Fox pushed the pace on a fast break, hunting for a bucket. He missed, the Knicks capitalized, and completed the comeback. Acho was furious with the Spurs guard while speaking on the “Speakeasy” show.
Thanks for the submission!
“Get DeAaron Fox the hell up outta here,” Acho said. “You could have tied up the series. You’re stealing minutes from Dylan Harper off GP. You’re already stealing. And now you just robbed the Spurs of a dub in game four. The dumbest NBA finals play I have seen De’Aaron Fox made tonight. The dumbest play in the history of the NBA finals.

“I have never witnessed a person B-A-A-A-A commit this type of mutilation against his own team. You know Midas, everything he touched turns to gold. The Aaron Fox, everything he touches turns to crap.”

Acho also pointed out that Fox had no answers against the Knicks’ defense throughout the second half, yet still had the audacity to go for a heroic move. The analyst added that Fox is stealing minutes from rookie standout Dylan Harper while hurting the team’s championship aspirations.
Micah Parsons takes shots at De’Aaron Fox after Spurs’ historic Finals collapse
Green Bay Packers star Micah Parsons was stunned by Game 4 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden. The San Antonio Spurs squandered a 29-point lead and suffered a heartbreaking 107-106 loss to the New York Knicks
Spurs guard De’Aaron Fox faced much of the criticism for the loss. Late in the game, he had a chance to help seal the win but attempted a layup instead of running out the clock. OG Anunoby chased down the play and blocked the shot.
Moments later, Fox committed a foul on Jose Alvarado near midcourt, giving the Knicks another opportunity. After Jalen Brunson missed a three-pointer, Anunoby tipped in the rebound for the game-winning basket. Parsons shared his reaction to the game’s final moments on X.
“Fox going up with that shot is like ending the game with a pick and fumbling it!! Like wow!! I’m disgusted rn!” Parsons tweeted.
The Knicks take on the Spurs in Game 5 of the NBA Finals on Saturday at Frost Bank Center.
