Rerolling your Weapon in VV: Ultimatum
In order to reroll your Weapon, you need access to Experimental Hogyoku Shards. Experimental Hogyoku Shards are a resource obtained through Daily Rewards, Raid Chests, wishes through The Hogyoku, and code redemptions. The resource is fairly abundant, especially for a late-game player looking to min-max their build.
Once you have an Experimental Hogyoku Shard, use it from your inventory to randomly receive a Weapon based on your current Faction. The easiest way to farm this resource is through The Hogyoku, which can be crafted using eight Hogyoku Shards. Use The Hogyoku from your inventory and select the “I want 7 Experimental Shards” dialog option to receive seven Experimental Hogyoku Shards.
The Quincy Faction has access to Spirit Weapons, a separate category of weaponry that is markedly different from the regular counterparts of Shinigami and Hollows. Here are the Spirit Weapons known to be available through the Experimental Hogyoku Shards:
- Sword
- Spear
- Greatsword
- Longsword
- Rapier
- Hammer
