    Bianca Belair has provided a serious health update after the latest epsiode of WWE RAW. She has officially started light training for her return.

    The EST has been out of action since WrestleMania 41 after she suffered a serious hand injury during her Women’s World Championship match against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY. What was initially thought to be a finger injury turned out to involve damage to her knuckle and finger joint, leading to a much longer recovery than expected.

    In February 2026, Belair underwent surgery. She later revealed that the injury had not healed properly despite extensive therapy, forcing her to opt for surgery.

    In her most recent health update, The EST shared a video on her Instagram story. She noted that while she is still in therapy, her finger is successfully flexing and bending.

    Belair made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania 42, interrupting John Cena’s promo. She announced that she and her husband, Montez Ford, are expecting their first child, meaning her in-ring return will also depend on her pregnancy timeline. Currently, WWE has not provided an official date for her television or in-ring comeback.

    Bianca Belair makes urgent request to fans

    The EST asked fans to respect her privacy after sharing concerns about the growing use of AI.

    The former WWE Women’s Champion addressed the topic while discussing her pregnancy. She revealed that the possibility of AI-generated images involving her future child has already started to worry her.

    Belair admitted that the thought of people creating fake images using AI makes her uncomfortable and urged fans not to engage in that behavior.

    “Y’all, please don’t start these Al photos of my baby. Before he’s here, when y’all think he’s here, or when he gets here. Now that I’m in this situation..It’s already freaking me out thinking about the things people will try to do with Al,” Bianca Belair wrote.
