WWE has removed an injured star and replaced him. It has been done quietly with almost no fanfare, with only eagle-eyed fans catching what happened.

A WWE star has been injured and now he has been quietly replaced

At WWE Clash in Italy, Jacob Fatu battled in the main event against Roman Reigns. It was clear that he was injured, with the pace of the match far slower than their previous confrontation. Heading into the bout, there had been some talk about him being injured as well, with there even being speculation about him needing to be replaced.

This happened after his street fight against Solo Sikoa in the house show in Liverpool, where the star was spotted working injured and leaving the ring with a pronounced limp. Eventually, he went on to be cleared enough to battle Reigns, where he lost to the star and was forced to join his new Bloodline.

WWE usually never changes a set of matches they have planned for their house shows during a tour, but unfortunately, when it comes to Jacob Fatu, they have been forced to make a change. The star, although he wrestled Reigns, was still clearly hurt. Now, he has been quietly removed from his scheduled matches against Solo Sikoa.

Instead, Sikoa is battling Damian Priest, who has come in as Fatu’s replacement. The star will likely still be appearing on TV and putting in performances, but it may be a while before he’s seen wrestling again.

However, the star is now heavily involved with Roman Reigns and his new Bloodline after his loss against him forced the star to join the faction and acknowledge the star as his Tribal Chief.

Given Solo Sikoa’s cameo at Clash in Italy, where he stared down Fatu, it seems that the stars will have a lot more to do with each other outside house shows.
