WWE makes massive claim about Austin Theory after eventful RAW

WWE made a massive claim about Austin Theory following this week’s episode of RAW. Theory is currently one-half of the World Tag Team Champions on the red brand and is a member of The Vision faction.

Theory and Logan Paul defeated The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) to retain the World Tag Team Championships at Saturday Night’s Main Event over the weekend. However, Paul suffered a torn triceps during the match, and The Maverick will be sidelined indefinitely.

Austin Theory attacked Joe Hendry and Angelo Dawkins with a steel chair on this past Monday’s episode of WWE RAW and also continued his flirtatious relationship with Alpha Academy’s Maxxine Drupi. The promotion took to Instagram today to share highlights of Theory from RAW and suggested that the red brand was now his show.

Seth Rollins used to be the leader of The Vision, but the faction betrayed him following his injury last year. Bronson Reed suffered a torn bicep during his Elimination Chamber qualifying match earlier this year and is still out of action. Bron Breakker underwent hernia surgery earlier this year as well and was forced to miss WrestleMania 42. Breakker defeated Rollins in a singles match earlier this month at Backlash.

Austin Theory suggests he is way better than a WWE Hall of Famer

The Vision’s Austin Theory recently suggested that he was a better professional wrestler than Shawn Michaels.

Speaking on The Battleground podcast, Theory discussed Paul Heyman comparing him to The Heartbreak Kid and claimed that he was better than Michaels. Theory added that he was the “new Sexy Boy” and was going to take it to the next level.

“I appreciate the compliment. I think I am way better than Shawn Michaels, though. It is what it is. But he’s a legend; respect to him, the Heartbreak Kid, Sexy Boy. I think I am the new Sexy Boy. I think I rev it up a little bit more,” he said.

It was revealed during WWE RAW that Bron Breakker would be taking Logan Paul’s place and defending the World Tag Team Championships alongside Austin Theory. It will be interesting to see how long they can hang onto the titles moving forward.
